Accepts in the name of the United States the statue of Dwight D. Eisenhower furnished by the people of Kansas for placement in the U.S. Capitol.
Extends the thanks of Congress to the people of Kansas for providing this commemoration of one of the most eminent persons from Kansas.
Authorizes the State of Kansas to use the Rotunda of the Capitol on June 4, 2003, for a presentation ceremony for the statue.
Declares that the statue shall be displayed in the Rotunda of the Capitol for up to six months, after which time it shall be moved to its permanent location.
