A resolution authorizing certain employees of the Senate who perform service in the uniformed services to be placed in a leave without pay status, and for other purposes.

Authorizes leave without pay status for certain Senate employees (except members or civilian employees of the Capitol Police) who are deemed to be on furlough or leave of absence by reason of service in the uniformed services. Requires treatment of such employees, while placed in that status, as congressional employees and as Federal executive agency employees in a leave without pay status for purposes of the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS), the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS), and Federal life and health insurance requirements.
