A concurrent resolution commemorating the 30th anniversary of the inauguration of Sino-American relations and the sale of the first commercial jet aircraft to China.

Recognizes that President Nixon's 1972 visit to China provided the foundation for improved Sino-American relations. Commends President Bush's effort to continue to advance a political, cultural, and commercial relationship between the United States and the People's Republic of China for the benefit of their citizens.
