A bill to eliminate the duplicative intent requirement for carjacking.

Amends the Federal criminal code to eliminate from the Federal prohibition against taking or attempting to take a motor vehicle from the person or presence of another by force and violence or by intimidation the element that such carjacking is done with the intent to cause death or serious bodily harm.
