International Military Education and Training Accountability Act of 2001

International Military Education and Training Accountability Act of 2001 - Amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to require the Secretary of State to include as part of required reports on human rights, development assistance, and security assistance whether any foreign military or defense ministry civilian participant in international military education and training (IMET) activities under this Act was involved in any violation of internationally recognized human rights. Requires a specified report regarding foreign participants in IMET activities to include any such violations.
