A bill to authorize the conveyance of a portion of the Bluegrass Army Depot, Richmond, Kentucky, to facilitate construction of a State veterans' center.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to convey a parcel of real property consisting of approximately ten acres at the Bluegrass Army Depot in Richmond, Kentucky, to Madison County to facilitate the construction of a veteran's center by the State of Kentucky, if the State has appropriated adequate funds for construction.
