A bill to authorize the conveyance of a portion of the Bluegrass Army Depot, Kentucky, to preserve a historic Civil War battlefield.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to convey a parcel of real property consisting of approximately three acres at the Bluegrass Army Depot in Richmond, Kentucky, to Madison County if the County agrees to utilize such property for historical preservation and education purposes.
