A bill to revise the boundary of the Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park in the State of Hawaii, and for other purposes.
(Sec. 103) Authorizes appropriations.
Title II: Technical Amendments - (Sec. 201) Amends the Lackawanna Valley National Heritage Area Act of 2000 to allow the Lackawanna Heritage Valley Authority, for purposes of preparing and implementing the Area management plan, to make grants to, and enter into cooperative agreements with, the State of Pennsylvania and political subdivisions of the State, private organizations, or any persons.
(Sec. 205) Amends the Jamestown 400th Commemoration Commission Act of 2000 to reduce the number of members of the Commission from 16 to 15.
(Sec. 206) Amends the Rosie the Riveter/World War II Home Front National Historical Park Establishment Act of 2000 to provide for the preservation and interpretation of the Child Development Field Centers (Ruth C. Powers) (Maritime) (currently, the World War II Child Development Centers) and Atchison Housing.
(Sec. 207) Amends the Vicksburg Campaign Trail Battlefields Preservation Act of 2000 to revise the definitions of: (1) "Campaign Trail State" to include Kentucky; and (2) "Civil War battlefield" to include Fort Heiman in Calloway County, Kentucky, and resources in and around Columbus in Hickman County, Kentucky.
(Sec. 209) Declares that employees of the foundations established by Acts of Congress to solicit private sector funds on behalf of Federal land management agencies shall qualify for General Service Administration contract airfares.
(Sec. 210) Adopts as official titles the popular names of provisions currently known as: (1) the National Park Service Organic Act; and (2) the National Park System General Authorities Act.
