Indianapolis Central Waterfront Act of 2002

Indianapolis Central Waterfront Act of 2002 - Modifies the flood control project in Indianapolis, Indiana, on the Fall Creek Reach of the White River, to authorize the Secretary of the Army to: (1) assist with the Fall Creek Reach element of the Indianapolis Central Waterfront Project; and (2) construct such Project at a total cost of$139.52 million.
