A bill to reauthorize the Federal Trade Commission for fiscal years 2003, 2004, and 2005, and for other purposes.
Authorizes the FTC to accept payment or reimbursement from or on behalf of a domestic or foreign law enforcement authority for expenses incurred by the FTC in carrying out any activity pursuant to statute, without regard to any other provision of law.
Authorizes the FTC to accept and use unconditional gifts, donations, bequests of property, and voluntary and uncompensated services that would not create a conflict of interest or appearance of a conflict of interest.
