Summary

Amends the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001 (USA PATRIOT ACT) to extend to two years (currently, one year) after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack the period that aliens who were disabled as a direct result of the attack or who were, on September 10, 2001, the spouses or children of aliens disabled or killed in the attack, may lawfully remain in the United States in non-immigrant status.
