A bill to specify the amount of Federal funds that may be expended for intake facilities for the benefit of Lonoke and White Counties, Arkansas, as part of the project for flood control, Greers Ferry Lake, Arkansas.

Amends the Miscellaneous Appropriations Act, 2001 to set a $6 million limit on the total amount of Federal funds that may be expended to construct intake facilities for the benefit of Lonoke and White Counties, Arkansas, as part of the flood control project for Greers Ferry Lake.
