Mr. Hutchinson introduced the following bill; which was read twice and
referred to the Committee on Environment and Public Works

A BILL
To specify the amount of Federal funds that may be expended for intake
facilities for the benefit of Lonoke and White Counties, Arkansas, as
part of the project for flood control, Greers Ferry Lake, Arkansas.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. GREERS FERRY LAKE, ARKANSAS.
Section 117 of the Miscellaneous Appropriations Act, 2001 (114
Stat. 2763A-228), is amended by inserting before the period at the end
the following: ``, at a total Federal cost of not more than
$6,000,000''.
