Amends the National Trails System Act to direct the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) undertake a study to determine the feasibility of designating certain routes and cutoffs for inclusion within the Oregon, Pony Express, California, Mormon Pioneer, and California and Oregon National Historic Trails; and (2) make such designations determined to be feasible and suitable.
