A bill to revise the boundary of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and Gunnison Gorge National Conservation Area in the State of Colorado, and for other purposes.
Provides that if land authorized for the grazing is exchanged for private land under this Act, the Secretary shall transfer any grazing privileges to that private land. Permits grazing with respect to permits or leases issued to specified partnerships.
Requires such land acquisitions to be made in accordance with the Act and only with the landowner's consent.
Revises the boundary of the Conservation Area to add specified land.
