A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to change provisions regarding emergencies.
Requires all relevant Federal agencies, including the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Office of Homeland Security, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and certain congressional committees, to keep each other fully and currently informed during declared or potential public health emergencies.
