Public Health Emergencies Accountability Act

Public Health Emergencies Accountability Act - Amends the Public Health Service Act to broaden the scope of and response to public health emergencies authority of the Secretary of Health and Human Services to include: (1) utilizing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; (2) responding to chemical or radiological weapons attacks; (3) directing the response of other Federal agencies; and (4) disseminating information.

Requires all relevant Federal agencies, including the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Office of Homeland Security, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and certain congressional committees, to keep each other fully and currently informed during declared or potential public health emergencies.
