United States-Taiwan Free Trade Agreement Act of 2001

United States-Taiwan Free Trade Agreement Act of 2001 - Declares it is U.S. policy to seek the elimination of tariff and nontariff barriers in order to achieve more open market access, on a reciprocal basis, to internationally trade goods and service through bilateral free trade agreements with like-minded countries. Authorizes the President to enter into a free trade agreement with Taiwan that seeks to eliminate tariff and nontariff barriers to goods and services. Applies congressional fast track procedures (no amendments) to implementing bills for free trade agreements entered under this Act.
