A bill to provide for the sharing of certain foreign intelligence information with local law enforcement personnel, and for other purposes.
(Sec. 5) Amends the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to authorize the sharing of information acquired from an electronic surveillance or a physical search with State and local law enforcement personnel.
