A bill to increase the preparedness of the United States to respond to a biological or chemical weapons attack.
Requires each plan to designate hospitals which will have procedures in place to treat residents in the event of an attack. Requires the Secretary, through the Director of the Office of Emergency Preparedness, to award grants to hospitals, health care providers, and State or local government entities to fund the implementation of preparedness plans.
