A bill to consolidate and revise the authority of the Secretary of Agriculture relating to protection of animal health.
Authorizes the Secretary to: (1) establish a veterinary accreditation program; (2) produce and sell sterile screwworms to foreign countries and international organizations; and (3) enter into reimbursable fee agreements for preclearance abroad of animals or articles for movement into the United States.
