Dedicates portions of the conveyed land for use as open space, wildlife habitat, and a buffer around the shooting range. Prohibits Clark County from disposing of any of the conveyed land.
Allows the Secretary to require additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance as are appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.
Declares that parcels to be conveyed that comprise a portion of the Quail Springs Wilderness Study Area are no longer subject to requirements under the Federal Land Management Policy Act of 1976 pertaining to the management of wilderness study areas.
