A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the work opportunity credit to the employment of any adult food stamp recipient.
Amends the Internal Revenue Code to eliminate the current age 25 cap on qualified food stamp recipients to whose employment the work opportunity credit applies. Extends such credit to employment of any qualified food stamp recipients at least age18.
