The amendment printed in Part A of H.Rept. 107-105 shall be considered as adopted. Makes in order the amendment printed in Part B of H. Rept. 107-105 and waives all points of order against the amendment. Measure will be read by paragraph. Bill is open to amendments. Authorizes the Chair to accord priority in recognitions to Members who have pre-printed their amendments in the Congressional Record.
