To express the intention of the House of Representatives to fully fund The Federal Pell Grant Program.

Expresses the intention of the House of Representatives to provide an amount of budget authority sufficient to fund the Federal Pell Grant program at a level that will provide maximum Pell Grants equal to the maximum amounts authorized by the Higher Education Act of 1965.
