Compact of Free Association Children's Health Improvement Act of 2002

Compact of Free Association Children's Health Improvement Act of 2002 - Amends titles XIX (Medicaid) and XXI (State Children's Health Insurance) (SCHIP) of the Social Security Act to grant States the option of covering under the Medicaid and SCHIP programs certain categories of eligible women and child resident aliens who are citizens covered under the Compact of Free Association.
