Caribbean Regional Assistance Act of 2001

Caribbean Regional Assistance Act of 2001 - Amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to authorize the President to provide U.S. credit assistance to countries of the Caribbean region to promote broad-based, sustainable, and successful economic development and growth that emphasizes activities to: (1) improve the quality and capacity of governmental institutions of countries of the Caribbean region; (2) improve economic diversification there; (3) increase the capacity of such governments to provide environmental management services; and (4) reduce the rate of, and provide for the treatment of individuals with, HIV/AIDS in such region.

Authorizes the Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development to establish an office in Bridgetown, Barbados, or in another appropriate country in the Caribbean region, for the purpose of carrying out the activities contained in this Act.
