To amend the Professional Boxing Safety Act of 1996, and to establish the United States Boxing Administration.
Directs the USBA to establish and maintain a medical registry of comprehensive medical records and medical suspensions for every licensed boxer.
Establishes the United States Boxing Administration to protect the health, safety, and general interests of boxers. Requires the USBA to maintain a national registry of boxing personnel. Authorizes the USBA to suspend or revoke boxer licenses or registrations, as appropriate.
