To allow certain interagency task forces established by the President to designate certain areas as HUBZones for purposes of the Small Business Act.

Amends the Small Business Act to allow the following task forces to designate certain areas a HUBZones for purposes of such Act: (1) the Interagency Task Force on the Economic Development of the Central San Joaquin Valley; (2) the Interagency Task Force on the Economic Development of the Southwest Border; and (3) any interagency task force established by an executive order of the President and identified therein as having the authority to make such designations.
