Summary

Provides that specified portions of Denali National Park and Preserve shall not be considered a conservation system unit for the purposes of special access by snowmachines pursuant to the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act or implementing regulations.

Revokes specified agency actions relating to the closure of portions of the Park and Preserve to snowmachine use.
