Summary

Charles "Pete" Conrad Astronomy Awards Act - Authorizes the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution to establish the Charles "Pete" Conrad Astronomy Awards Program to: (1) recognize outstanding amateur astronomers who make asteroid discoveries; and (2) augment asteroid discovery efforts by the Government. Directs the Minor Planet Center of the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory to administer such program.
