To make single family properties owned by the Department of Housing and Urban Development available at a discount to elementary and secondary school teachers and public safety officers, and for other purposes.
Directs HUD field offices to conduct program awareness activities.
Directs the Secretary, upon enactment of this Act, to replace the Teacher Next Door and the Officer Next Door Initiatives with the provisions of this Act.
