To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to authorize the Secretary of Education to make additional grants under the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program, and for other purposes.
Sets maximum grant amounts for the fourth and fifth years that are 75 percent and 50 percent, respectively, of the amount received in the first year.
Extends the authorization of appropriations for such program.
