Makes eligible for such grants partnerships described under the Mathematics and Science Partnerships program of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (Public Law 107-110). Includes strategies for carrying out activities under such program among those to be shared under this Act. Provides for such sharing by educators, administrators responsible for professional or curriculum development, and faculty of teacher training departments of institutions of higher education.
