To clarify the ability of members of the National Capital Planning Commission to serve after the expiration of their terms until successor members are appointed, and for other purposes.
Amends Federal law and the District of Columbia Code with respect to the National Capital Planning Commission to provide that: (1) the term of an appointed member of the Commission shall expire on April 30 of the final year of the term; and (2) the member may serve after the expiration of such term until a successor has taken office.
