Summary

Little San Bernardino Mountains Right-of-Way Act - Grants a right-of-way to RM Broadcasting of Palm Springs, California, to the portion of the unimproved service road between Dillon Road in Riverside County and RM Broadcasting's telecommunications tower site which traverses through Joshua Tree National Park and Joshua Tree Wilderness.

Requires RM Broadcasting to pay annual compensation for the right-of-way which shall be available for use by the Secretary of the Interior for the Park.

Provides that such right-of-way shall not be valid until approved by the Secretary.
