To amend title 38, United States Code, to enact into law eligibility of certain veterans and their dependents for burial in Arlington National Cemetery.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, after consulting with victims' families, to construct and place in such Cemetery a memorial marker honoring the victims of the acts of terrorism against the United States on September 11, 2001.
