A BILL
To provide for an additional district judge for the middle district of
Florida.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE FOR MIDDLE DISTRICT OF FLORIDA.
The item relating to Florida in the table contained in section
133(a) of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking:
``Middle...................................... 15''
and inserting:
``Middle...................................... 16''.
