To amend title 10, United States Code, to authorize the Secretary of Defense to accept contributions for the Pentagon Reservation Maintenance Revolving Fund to be used to repair the damage caused by the terrorist attack on the Pentagon that occurred on September 11, 2001.
Requires the deposit of such contributions into the Pentagon Reservation Maintenance Revolving Fund.
