Keeping America Safe Act of 2001 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to expand the scope of excludable aliens who are members or representatives of terrorist organizations. (Current law is limited to organizations designated as foreign terrorist organizations by the Secretary of State.)

Makes aliens deportable for terrorist activity upon the same grounds as excludability for such activity.
