Summary

Promotion and Support of Responsible Fatherhood and Healthy Marriage Act of 2001- Amends title IV of the Social Security Act to authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make grants to public and nonprofit community entities, including religious organizations, and to Indian tribes and tribal organizations, for demonstration service projects and activities designed to test the efficacy of various approaches to promote responsible, effective parenting skills for fathers.
