Extends trade adjustment reallowances for adversely affected workers (including during training period) for an additional 26 weeks.
Authorizes trade adjustment reallowances in order to assist an adversely affected worker who has limited English proficiency to complete his or her training, or to assist such worker to complete a program of remedial education. Extends such reallowances for additional specified periods.
