H.R. 2728 — Good Health Protection Act of 2001

Summary

Amends the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 to provide that aliens and non-immigrants shall be eligible for State and local public assistance for primary and preventive care.

Authorizes any person purposely or mistakenly denied after the enactment of this Act to obtain appropriate relief in a civil action.
