To amend title 10, United States Code, to revise the computation of military disability retired pay computation for certain members of the uniformed services injured while a cadet or midshipman at a service academy.

Revises the payment of military disability retirement pay to individuals who, at the time the disability was incurred, were cadets or midshipmen at a service academy. Credits such individuals, for purposes of such pay, with the number of years performed as a cadet or midshipman.
