Improving Global Health Through Safe Injections Act - Amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 with respect to U.S. Agency for International Development (AID) immunization and other programs for the prevention, treatment, and control of infectious diseases, including tuberculosis, HIV and AIDS, polio, and malaria, in connection with health programs for developing countries. Requires the Administrator of AID to develop and implement effective strategies to improve injection safety, including: (1) eliminating unnecessary injections; (2) promoting the availability and use of single-use auto-disable needles and syringes and other safe injection technologies; (3) strengthening procedures for proper needle and syringe disposal; and (4) improving the education and information provided to the public and to health professionals.
