Senior Nutrition Assistance Program Act of 2001 - Amends the Older Americans Act of 1995 to revise the eligibility requirement for a State to received grants for State and community programs on aging. Requires the mandatory State plan, at State option, to permit all area agencies on aging to provide nutrition services under area plans by issuing vouchers to older individuals to obtain such services.
