Department of Veterans Affairs Employee Retirement Equity Act

Department of Veterans Affairs Employee Retirement Equity Act - Requires the annuities of part-time employees of the Veterans Health Administration of the Department of Veterans Affairs who were so employed between September 20, 1986, and the date of enactment of this Act to be adjusted to the amount that such annuities would have been if certain provisions restricting such amounts had not been revived under a provision of the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1986.
