Amends the Federal Cigarette Labeling and Advertising Act and the Comprehensive Smokeless Tobacco Health Education Act to revise tobacco and smokeless tobacco label and advertising warning requirements.
Prohibits a retailer selling a tobacco product to any person younger than 18 years of age. Restricts retail sales to face-to-face exchanges between retailers and consumers, except for certain mail order sales and sales from vending machine located in an adults-only facility.
Prohibits targeting youth in the advertising of tobacco products.
Requires ingredients disclosure to the public.
Makes any advertising that violates this Act an unfair or deceptive act or practice under the Federal Trade Commission Act.
