Military Housing Fairness Act of 2001 - Directs the Secretary of Defense, in prescribing the rates of the military basic housing allowance inside the United States, to ensure that such rates are sufficient to eliminate, no later than September 30, 2003, out-of-pocket housing costs for members to obtain adequate housing in that military housing area.
