To amend the Cache La Poudre River Corridor Act to make technical amendments.
Modifies requirements for the membership and terms of service of the Cache La Poudre Corridor Commission. Directs the Commission to administer the Corridor. (Currently, the Commission has only planning authority.)
Extends the authorization of appropriations.
