To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide 5-year depreciation for certain horses placed in service after attaining age 7.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to include within five-year depreciable property female horses (other than race horses) which are between 7 years old and 12 years old when placed in service.
