To establish an Office on Women's Health within the Department of Health and Human Services, and for other purposes.
Directs the Secretary of HHS to establish within the Office of the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention the Office of Women's Health, headed by a Director. Requires such Director to establish the Coordinating Committee on Research on Women's Health. Requires biennial reports to Congress. Authorizes appropriations for FY 2003 through 2007.
